After a wild weekend there’s nothing like a chill Sunday night, especially with a great, classic, feel good movie. Double props for being a musical comedy. If you’ve never seen Sister Act, you’re in for a treat. It stars Whoopi Goldberg as a lounge singer who has to go under the witness protection program as a nun. It came out in 1992, which may be earlier than many of you were born, which is all the more reason to check it out. Grace Cathedral, our amazing neighborhood church, even got in on the fun recently. They are known for doing some beautiful and fun events, like yoga every Tuesday night with 700 people, but this past month they went even further and did a Pride edition Sister Act mass singalong.
