San Francisco’s Pride Parade is one of the city’s highlights of the year! Running since 1972, with 250 floats and groups participating, it’s one of the largest parades and organized events celebrating the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer community. San Francisco Pride features countless performances and events on both Saturday, ending in a huge, epic parade on Sunday! Join more than 100,000 spectators to watch 250+ floats in this celebration of love, pride, and inclusitivity. The parade will be all along Market Street, starting at the Embarcadero and ending at Civic Center, where there will be stages with speakers and performances until 6 p.m. The parade and performances are free to watch, but they will request a donation at the gate, so bring some cash to donate if you are so inclined. Please note that San Francisco Pride is a safe space for all. EVERYONE is welcome to join in on the celebration regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, but PLEASE remember to be kind to and inclusive of everyone else around you. That's what it's all about.
