One of the best things about traveling solo is being alone. You can do what you want, when you want, and don't have to worry about what other people want to do. Annnnd of course one of the worst things about traveling solo is - well, being alone. Because sometimes we just get plain lonely! We're only human, after all. That's where Couchsurfing comes in to save the day! Several times a month, Couchsurfing hosts a Friday night meetup at The Royale where you can hang out, grab some drinks, and meet other travelers in San Francisco. From 7 until 10:30, the bar will have a spot reserved for Couchsurfers. After 10:30, you can stay there, and go out to other bars with your new Couchsurfing friends.
