The San Francisco Street Food Festival was started ten years ago by the nonprofit La Cocina, which aims to help low-income cooks and culinary entrepreneurs start their businesses. Have you heard of the weekly Friday night food truck event Off The Grid? Basically, it's a big outdoor party with 30+ international food trucks, and it was all started by the San Francisco Street Food Festival! To celebrate 10 years, the festival this year will feature 50+ chefs and restaurants, and also include all the best parts of the festival from previous years! From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., festival attendees can look forward to a Southeast Asian-inspired Night Market, FRIED CHICKEN BUCKET BAR, a build-your-own guisados bar, and much more!
