Explore San Francisco's parks and get some exercise in the process! San Francisco Recreation and Parks will be organizing and leading weekly free nature walks around San Francisco's many parks! On the third Saturday of the month, participants can explore McLaren Park, the second-largest park in San Francisco, after (of course) the famous Golden Gate Park. Named after the late horticulturist and former Golden Gate Park superintendent John McClaren, McClaren Park is home to picnic areas, playgrounds, the Jerry García Ampitheater, and seven miles of walking trails. Remember to bring water and sunscreen!
