Start your Wednesday morning off right with a gentle, hour-long vinyasa flow yoga class, followed by a hot cup of coffee supplied by Red Door Coffee! You can even check out a sneak peak of any upcoming art shows, since the class takes place at the well-known 111 Minna Gallery. The teachers rotate regularly, just like the art, so every experience is unique, even if you’ve been before.
