Additional instructions:
Meet Jake in the common room at 8 and you'll walk over together! A giant donut costs $11, but the smaller donuts range from $1 - $3. You don't have to participate in the contest, you can just go and enjoy some late night normal-sized donuts!
Bob’s Donuts is an infamous and absolutely delicious donut place just a few blocks from our hostel. Not only do the donuts taste amazing, but they are HUGE, and Bob's is open 24/7 which is perfect post-bar snack time. Even better, they are located on Polk St., a busy nightlife area, right across the street from the bus that leads back to the hostel. It’s like it was meant to be! In addition to their regular offerings, they also host a giant donut challenge. It’s a little ridiculous, pretty difficult to do, and a lot of fun to watch. Or if you’re adventurous, to try! The only rule is that you have 3 minutes to finish a massive donut. Don’t be fooled- it’s pretty dense and not for the faint of heart. Your reward for such an accomplishment is a Bob's Donut's T-Shirt and your name listed on the Hall of Fame. This is what American dreams are made of people (that, and job security for heart surgeons). We've attempted this challenge before. Check the link below for proof!
