There are lots of great meals made in our hostel kitchen so we decided to make a game show. We had some chefs in the hostel so we decided to do our own parody version of the "Chopped" game show. The food was amazing and included recipes with the mystery ingredient, Tomatillos. We had Thai Pumpkin Bisque with Shrimp Glaze and Tomatillo Salsa Garnish (Garnir), Risotto with fresh Tomatillo, Cilantro, and Sriracha, Plums with Prosciutto, German Salad with Pine nuts.
