Yes, we ask for a $20 security deposit when we check you in, refundable when you leave. This is for the electronic key we give to all guests, so that you can come and go from the building as you please. When you make your booking, you'll also be asked to pay for the first night of your stay - you can pay for subsequent nights once you get here.
