The city and county of San Francisco organized the Sunday Streets event, their very own Ciclovia; closing the streets from traffic vehicles to give way for pedestrians, bicyclists, skaters, strollers and even pets to wander thru the usually ignored busy neighborhoods; and join in free group activities like tai chi, yoga, aerobics and more. Everyone is invited to enjoy the healthy and friendly open space offered on a different Sundays scheduled in a designated streets of San Francisco. Starting at 11am, residents and visitors can spend their day on the streets for human interactions, free from smoke belches and fully relish the products or happenings of what the street has to bargain. Local businesses benefit from this outpour of potential customers. Families and children grab this opportunity of frolicking safely on the roads. Active group take this free space to share free trainings to everyone.
