Experience the Wild West at DeFremery Park, 18th & Adeline in Oakland for the 38th Annual Black Cowboy Parade & Festival on October 6th, Saturday.  Celebration begins at 10am with the momentous parade featuring trick riders, community organization, local trades and countrywide of cowboys hosted by Oakland Black Cowboy Association, a non-profit organization educating everyone through annual event the influence of their society in settling of the West.
