Keep Rick, Henry, Ryan and Avi as long as you can. They are just awesome. You're super lucky to have them working there. If they do always so good as the days I was there and are so nice as they were with me you can be sure your hostel will be the number one. I had a 100% successfully experience in pacific. Cheers
