Do You Offer Assistance/Accessiblity for Disabled Persons?

Book Now

As travelers from all over the world, we are all "differently-abled" and we are committed to accommodating all travelers who have a genuine desire to stay in a hostel regardless of their abilities.
Although we, with consultation with our CASp inspector, are continually looking for ways to increase our disability access, because of our small size (less than 6 rooms) and because we are located in a historic buiding, some parts of our property continue to be difficult.  As a result, the building itself is not yet ADA accessible in all ways.  We do have an ADA floor with an accessible bathroom with roll-in shower and seated hand shower.  Because we do not yet have an elevator or stair lift to the ADA floor, we will need to make special advance preparations for guests in wheelchairs.  We do however have double handrails to the 3rd floor for guests who can negotiate the stairs.
We already accommodate many guests with disabilities, so please let us know if you need any particular accessibility accommodations for your stay. If you have a disability and think you might need assistance, please give us as much advance notice as possible about your needs. As a small hostel with less than 6 rooms, the owner requires at least 72 hours' notice to arrange for accessible accommodations or attendants.  If you are in a wheelchair, we will always find a way to accommodate your needs - either at our hostel with a portable stair-climbing wheelchair or, if necessary, we will find equivalent accomodations at a nearby hostel for no additional cost. We will update this page as our hostel becomes more and more ADA accessible.
Please contact the owner if you have any questions.
