To end this year's summer with free concert of Alice @ 97.3 "Now & Zen" at Sharon Meadow in Golden Gate Park features live performances of american rock bands: One Republic - incarnated in 1996 from Colorado by Ryan Tedder (vocals) and Zach Filkins (guitar) before going to college, reunited in 2002, settled with the band's line-up, became the first rock band to signed in Timbaland's label and currently co-headlining tour with Sara Bareilles. Goo Goo Dolls - formed in 1985 from New York, picked their name from a toy ad 'Goo Goo Doll,' released their first album in 1987, known with hit single Iris from the soundtrack of the movie City of Angels which spent nearly 12 straight months in Billboard charts, released their latest album 'Magnetic' on June 11, 2013. joining them also... Plain White T's - punk pop band originally formed as a trio in 1997 from Chicago, recorded their first album titled Come On Over in 2000, released their hit single Hey There Delilah in 2005 which earned two Grammy nominations while Every Second Counts became a certified Gold, released their 2013 EP on April 9 featuring the songs: Should've Gone To Bed, The Giving Tree, Helium and Haven't Told Her. Walk off the Earth - rock band from Canada formed in 2006, became a You Tube sensation by covering music videos of popular hits like Someone That I Used to Know as five musicians on one guitar which enjoyed by millions of viewers,' finally signed a recording contract with Columbia Records in 2012 and released their full length album on March 19, 2013.
