Keen for some yoga but don't want to pay for it? Purusha yogis teach free yoga on Saturday mornings in Golden Gate Park at 11 am,  as part of the Purusha Seva Project.   You can relax your body and mind. You will have the opportunity to meet many people and breath some fresh air.   When you come don’t forget to bring along a mat or blanket. You can invite your friends and pets also. Participants can gather at the Big Rec Baseball Field in Golden Gate Park, near Lincoln Way and 9th Avenue, south of the California Academy of Sciences, across from the main entrance to the Botanical Garden (County Fair Building).   Photo courtesy of SF FunCheap
