Free Museum - GLBT History Museum

Date:
Wednesday 06 Nov 2019
Meeting time:
11 a.m.
Meeting Place:
GLBT Historical Society Museum
4127 18th St. San Francisco
San Francisco, CA 94114
San Francisco's Castro district is home to rainbow crosswalks, some of the cheapest drinks in the city, and the first U.S. museum in devoted only to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender culture. You can walk down a rainbow crosswalk and sip on a $6 Long Island Iced Tea any day of the week in the Castro, but you can only check out the GLBT Museum for free on the first Wednesday of the month. Normally, museum admission is only $5, but we know what it's like to be so broke you don't feel like you can pay $5 admission without breaking the bank. And that's why we have free ramen available to our guests at all hours of the day! So fill up on ramen and then go walk down a rainbow crosswalk and check out an awesome historic museum. Isn't San Francisco great?
